Auction and Flood.

By accident we learnt of 26 acres of pasture for auction, 5 fields on the banks of River Stour, 2 miles from where we live. My brother came into partnership and just before the Auction the whole area flooded. All other potential bidders were frightened off, and we got Bear Mead for a song.
